My experience working with Michael Ripley at BIDW was extremely positive. When I approached Michael with the challenge of overhauling CCDT's website, we did not have a clear idea of what we wanted. We simply knew that our convoluted, outdated website needed to be moved into the 21st century, be a reflection of the professionalism and sophistication of our performance companies, and offer users a streamlined method of maneuvering between the six operations that run at 590 Dance.
Upon our first meeting, Michael sat with me for two hours discussing the proposed changes and the organization in general. He showed me examples and ideas from other websites he had designed, took all our information and a few weeks later presented us with a stunning template. The layout was streamlined, the banner was tastefully animated and the overall design and colour scheme and stimulating graphics was beyond anything we ever imagined. Each facet of the organization became its own entity as a result.
Michael's acute attention to detail, artistic flair and strong knowledge of the arts industry was extremely valuable and made the entire process very simple for CCDT. He was quick to respond to any and all requests - be they big or small. He made himself available to us at all times of the day, answering any questions or concerns we had; and once the new site was up and running, he patiently guided the administrative staff through each page and taught us how to use the content management system to make updates.
CCDT is very proud of our new website. We have received, and continue to receive, countless compliments and positive feedback. Users enjoy visiting the site and they are now able to find information quickly and easily.

He takes the time to really learn about the organization and its people so he can offer the very best in design - custom tailoring it so it captures the organization's personality and stands-out from the norm.
